The Diet Building is the parliament building where the Japanese Diet is held.
The building was built in 1936 as the Imperial Diet Building.

The building is symmetrical around the central tower, with the House of Representatives on the left and the House of Councilors on the right.

On weekdays, anyone can join the tour for free by registering at the visitor reception desk.
