It is located in the townscape preservation area near Seto Ohashi Bridge in Kurashiki City.

It is an old building of a headman who prospered from the Edo period to the Taisho period.

There is a free parking lot on the port side for about 10 generations. If the parking lot is full, there is a second parking lot a little further away.
