Ueharaya Main Store is a popular udon restaurant located in front of Ritsurin Garden in Takamatsu City.

The main feature of Ueharaya Honten is its chewy udon noodles.
Udon noodles are made from 100% wheat flour using a unique manufacturing method that involves folding them into multiple layers to give them a chewy texture.
In addition, the soup stock is carefully made with iriko and kelp, giving it a strong flavor.
