Umeda's Hanshin specialty, squid-yaki, is one of Osaka's representative B-class gourmet foods.

"Ikayaki'' is made by wrapping squid fillet in a dough made from flour, eggs, water, and seasonings and then grilling it.It has a simple taste that lets you feel the flavor of the squid.

One of its selling points is its low price, which can be purchased for around 200 yen.
