It is a plateau located 2,450m above Mt. Tateyama. . Located at the end of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, it offers a magnificent view of the Tateyama mountain range.

Tateyama Murododaira is one of the world's heaviest snowfall areas, and in winter, a huge snow wall approaching 20m high appears, called Snow Otani. In addition, in summer, alpine plants bloom profusely and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Tateyama Murododaira is loved by many tourists because of its magnificent nature. You can also enjoy various activities.
