This is a popular soba restaurant with a beautiful view in Azumino.

Azumino Okina's soba is carefully handmade using homemade soba noodles purchased from contracted farmers in Hokkaido, Ibaraki, and Nagano.

The soup stock is made using subterranean water from the Northern Alps and carefully selected ingredients.

The interior of the restaurant is a Japanese-style room with a calm atmosphere.
