Ishite-ji Temple is the 51st temple of the 88 sacred sites in Shikoku.

It is also a temple related to the legend of the reincarnation of Emon Saburo, the originator of the pilgrimage.

Niomon is a national treasure. There are many important cultural properties such as the main hall and three-storied pagoda.

In the precincts, there are also profit spots such as child jewels and regeneration Shudaishi, and it is crowded with many worshipers.
