It is said that the building was started by a businessman named Kosan Kanemoto in 1927, modeled after the Nikko Toshogu Shrine. While it may not have much historical value, its luxurious construction is worth seeing.
The Hill of the Future is a white marble garden designed by sculptor Itto Kuetani.
On the north side of the property, there is the Ikuo Hirayama Museum of Art.
