It is a cliff with a height of nearly 100 meters on the Otsuki Peninsula in the southwest of Kochi Prefecture.

From the observatory, you can see the magnificent scenery, but there is a promenade and there are scenic points everywhere.

If you go by car to the tip of the peninsula, the beautiful sea spreads out.
